MgCamd Client disconnect --> Oscam crashes

= Issue Description Oscam crashes after disconnect of MgCamd 1.35a client with 6 different newcamd connections.

= When the issue occurs "killall -9 mgcamd_1.35a" on the client box (DM800, Gemini 5.1)

= How the issue is reproducable with killall see above

<Don't forget to ATTACH (not post here) a log file of oscam in debug mode (start oscam with -d255)!>
