Anti-cascading dont work

= Issue Description Anti-cascading dont work.

I have set all the Anticasc parameters and have penalty = 1 selected, but even if I start 3 recordings and watch another program, nothing apears in the log... the only thing the log is showing is "anti-cascading log initialized"

Please test it by yourself, if you need logs, simply write it in here.
