Viaccess 2.6 TVR HD card with PCSC reader not working

= Issue Description Trying to read a TVR viaccess card with an EZ100PU PCSC reader. I know the reader is fine, because it reads correctly several different conax cards with the same setup. I also know that the TVR card is good, because it works fine in a serial smargo reader, see attached log file. Trying the same card with the same reader in NewCS 1.67 RC1 [Build: 95] - it works fine.

But when I configure my stable v1.10rc OSCam to read this card, in the main status page it says: "ERROR (no entitlements)".
