CCCam server module shows only 2 cards of 3 avaiable to remote clients

= Issue Description The OSCam CCCam Server module doesen't report correct cards to clients. The server module shows only card in slot 1 and PCSC 0 but NOT the card in slot 0 of my box. In local mode (DVBAPI all cards are correctly detected and used).

= When the issue occurs When OSCam start

= How the issue is reproducable Configure oscam in dvbapi mode with 2 cards into Mipsel box and 1 extra card into PCSC reader. When you go to Configuration -> CCCam -> Show global list you see only the card in slot 1 (sci1:0) and the one in PCSC external reader (0:0) but NOT the card in sci0
