EMM update on Oscam-CCCAM server & CCCAM client

= Issue Description
<i know that oscam can't update the card using oscam-cccam server and the client is cccam, as i was doing some debuging i find out that the card SN & the provider ID is not comming current, i have tested in 2 defrinte cards and all of them that same problem below is the exsample:
the cards are installed on the oscam server and the card details are:
below numbers are change for a exsample
CARD irdeto : 622
card serial: 11a28f14
prov 00 000000 0001352f
prov 01 000001 01ffffff
when i connect using cccam 2.1.3 using cccam protocal i am getting the below information on the cccam debug
10:17:13.972 CCcam: remote card serial: 0011a28f14
10:17:13.972 CCcam: remote prov 00 000000 00000000
10:17:13.972 CCcam: remote prov 01 000001 00000000
as you can see the provider 00 is coming 0000000
but when i connect using cccam 2.1.3 using newcamd protocal i am getting the below information on the cccam debug
09:49:03.396 CCcam:newcamd card serial: 11a28f14
09:49:03.396 CCcam:newcamd prov 00 000000 0001352f
09:49:03.397 CCcam:newcamd prov 01 000001 01ffffff
on newcamd i can update my card becuse the provider 00 is comming
os seca cyfra card 0100 i am getting the same problem but missing information on oscam server card details are: below numbers are change for a exsample
card serial: 1d23b7aa
prov 00 000000 161a36dd
prov 01 000068 00634586
prov 02 000065 00000000
when i connect using cccam 2.1.3 using cccam protocal i am getting the below information on the cccam debug
10:25:27.080 CCcam: remote card serial: 1d23b7aa 10:25:27.080 CCcam: remote prov 00 000000 161a3600 10:25:27.080 CCcam: remote prov 01 000068 00634500 10:25:27.081 CCcam: remote prov 02 000065 00000000
as you can see the provider 00 & 01 the last two digites are not the same card information it came up with 00
i thank what will help you guys to solve the emm update on the cccam
