mgcamd use it as cccam client logon problem

= Issue Description if my server have a cccam reader that is an oscam using sthealt cards, mgcamd use it as cccam client will not properli logon ... some boxes that use mgcamd will reboot allover againe

no log ... only oscam see the mgcamd client loged in but the client will not send any ecm to decode to oscam server
