IRDETO ICE CARD caid(0653) not supported

The card apparently uses short ATR, but svn version OSCA can not work with it. I ask the user to complete the black ship, in his binaries this card works.

I need it in the future translate for x86 and so I wanted to do it on demand, from svn.
