CCCam 0 Cards, same user Newcamd no problem

= Issue Description When a user connects through CCCam, oscam returns 0 cards. If the same user connects through NewCamd he gets all assigned cards. After some time (maybe a day) CCCam starts working again, without any changes. User get's disconnected

= When the issue occurs After network connectivity problems of oscam server, reboot won't resolve the issue only time!

= How the issue is reproducable not possible just happens now and then.

Oscam debugging shows absolutely nothing. Only 1 line that the user is assigned 0 cards.
