WebIF broken with Chrome 32.x

= Issue Description Since the OScam-WebIF is redesigned i have problems using Chrome 32. Using i.e. the direct link: http://ip:port/config.html?part=cache only a blank white page is visible. But when i select another tab in Chrome and switch back to the Cache-Config-tab the contents are visible. This problem ist not only in cache-config, several other WebIf sites look also ugly. With Firefox 26 and IE11 no problems. Chrome- or OScam-Issue?
