missing parameters in documentation an/or webif...

Hello.

Since a while we have "keepalive" parameters for cs378x and cs357x server configuration in oscam.conf.

Any Change to add this to Webif too?

AND:

Preferlocalcards mode 2 isn´t written to docu..

could this also be added there?
