bug in 1.20 r9831

= Issue Description <User removes old line and enters a new one . old username keeps coming up in fanban as no account ect. when i fill in old user to see and a password both new and old account flag as wrong password?>

garyW and willW is same box and same ip

i dont know how to debug in new version and no numbers at bottom like old 7425
