Cache-EX 2 ECM filter is defect?

= Issue Description I send Cache only caid from Server1 to Server2

= When the issue occurs cacheex_ecm_filter caid is not filtered/blocked

= How the issue is reproducable Server1 User: [account] user = ce2-reader pwd = 123456 caid = 0D05 uniq = 3 failban = 8 keepalive = 1 allowedprotocols = cs378x group = 10,11 cacheex = 2 cacheex_maxhop = 10

Server2 Reader: [reader] label = ce2-ecm_filter-test protocol = cs378x device = 127.0.0.1,12345 user = ce2-reader password = 123456 keepalive = 1 cacheex = 2 cacheex_maxhop = 10 cacheex_ecm_filter = 0D05 group = 1

i have cache on server2

the cache is not blocked!!!!!

i can not accept all caid xyz and bolcked only one caid?
