Some error on chan and prov names detection via SDT

Thanks for this feature announced from r10750! But it have some errors.

1. WARNING: oscam.conf line 14 section [dvbapi] contains unknown setting 'dvbapi_read_sdt=1' - strange warning message
2. Not supported not english names of channel, for example: VU+: [LOG142]2015/06/15 16:18:20 76E049B0 c (ecm) dvbapi (0602&000000/0042/01FD/3C:2BBCB973ED46A5F3956271972A979848): found (1333 ms) by kontinent_(85.2e) - °ТвЮЯЫоб

Please, fix it!
