cccam (client) cannot reconnect when ccckeepalive=1 is set

= Issue Description ccckeepalive=1 parameter sustains cccam connection while reader is not used (for example when viewing FTA channels. In case cccam client disconnects (for example disconects due to usb modem disconnection) - it cannot reconnect with cccam server after internet conection is resumed. This problem does not happen with ccckeepalive=0 is set.

= How the issue is reproducable disconnect/connect internet - try when ccckeepalive=0 and ccckeepalive=1 is set. Oscam will not reconnect when '1' is set.
