[patch] add support AES key to dvbapi and newcamd

= Reason for enhancement when remote server use aes key instead des key, oscam can't work with it. With attached patch all works for me, tvheadend work over dvbapi and newcamd, when oscam connected over newcamd for remote server with aes key.

= Possible impacts on other features not tested
