Support for DVBApi decode Caid 1814

= Reason for enhancement = Revision All = Issue Description Please add support for DVBApi to decode caid 1814. Provider Meo 30w stopped using 0100:005221 and it's using now 1814:000000, 1814:000007 or 1814:005221. Cardreader already suport decoding of the SECA/Nagra tunneled card but for DVBapi to decode it, it's necessary to add a mapping of caid to oscam.dvbapi like this

Passing the card to a "original" CCcam client decodes caid 1814 well, but it is not possible in oscam without the mapping.
