tvheadend+oscam

Hi I want to configure oscam (newcamd and dvapi) on tvheadend but i dont know how can I provide that...

i have a oscam.server file but i dont know how to edit oscam.conf and oscam.user

i attach for you my oscam log file and oscam.server file

please help me step by step as i am new in tvheadend and oscam
