High CPU load on oscam #cacheex-mod 2 #r11420

= Issue Description

The server show me the oscam uses 170~200% of cpu when i use the command top, so after some minutes the oscam crash completele and i can't enter in webinfo so i have all reader in cacheex mod 3 and my users in hop 3 when this issue happened, but if i use cacheex mod 2 in user/reader the server goes to 100%major% but my peers told me he don't receive hits so only in hop 3 the peers receive hits.

So actually i need to use hop 3 but i have this problem high cpu load and oscam crash after some minutes (80 minutes).

I actually use a vps with this config

Operating system: Ubuntu Linux 17.10 Kernel and CPU: Linux 4.13.0-17-generic on x86_64 Processor information: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v3 @ 2.40GHz, 6 cores

so my cpu is a E5 family with 6 cores so i don't think the problem is from here...

When i use cacheex mod 2 in cs378x

= How the issue is reproducable

Use the cacheex mod 2 in cs378x hop 3 users/readers.
