Lack of support for YES dbs (Israel) card.

OSCAM currently supports only one type of this provider. All YES cards use NDS, but for some reason the most common one (orange color) is not supported. I'd appreciate if the team could add the support for this card, and will be happy to assist with any info/testing/debugging effort required.

my setup: DM800 + internal reader. PC+SkyStar HD2 + Smargo i386 Linux / x86 Win Vista/XP.
