Add EMM filters on Seca/Nagra card

ohmza requested to merge add-emm-filter-on-seca-nagra-card into master

I have noticed that "EMM Filters (PRIVATE!!)" has been disappeared on those CAK7 T0 protocol cards (Seca/Nagra cards or CAK7 cards with CAID 181X). Therefore, I issued this patch in order to make "EMM Filters (PRIVATE!!)" display on the reader log again.
