Fix reinit problem on some Nagra CAK7 only cards

Some Nagra CAK 7 only cards have a reinit problem after first ECM processing. Still waiting a confirmation from @TV-Gamer that it won't break other Nagra CAK 7 cards before it can be merged to the trunk.

@TV-Gamer has confirmed that it won't break his HD04 card.
