Introduce upx compression support

• support for compressing oscam binary with upx after build (new option USE_COMPRESS default off)
• support for adjusting upx compression level (new option COMP_LEVEL default --best)
• buildlog shows upx version, compression level, build date
• new build date entry in oscam.version
• gitlab pipeline installs upx binary automatically and uses COMPRESSION for make/cmake native test builds
