Remove autype for CCCam and NewCamd network readers as it is no longer required.

This option was shipped with public cak7 patch. This option enables remote au for cak7 cards with NewCamd and CCCam network reader protocol, however it never worked with cs378x or cs357x network reader protocols. Therefore, I have implemented another method when I started working on public cak7 patch which is working for all network reader protocols and decided to retain this option in case of the alternative method that I developed has any issues. Nowadays, I have a confidence that my alternative method is working as I expected, hence I decided to issue this patch to remove this option.
